How does invite-only Family Circle access work?

Family Circle is a private space created by a parent. The parent chooses which trusted adults to invite; there is no public gallery, search, discovery feed, or suggested-followers surface.

Does a parent approve artwork before it is shared or mailed?

Yes. Every drawing waits for the parent's approval before it can become a postcard or enter the Family Circle. The parent also chooses the mailing addresses and can change the address list or revoke circle access.

Does my child need an account or login?

Accepted Answer

No. Every account belongs to a parent. Children do not have separate accounts, passwords, inboxes, or feeds; they interact with the camera on the parent's phone while the parent controls the queue.

How often do the postcards arrive?

The Fridge is $9/month for two postcards to one address. The Family is $19/month for six postcards to up to three addresses. The first postcard is free, every piece is parent-approved, and the optional Year Book is $89.

The current plan descriptions are $9/month and $19/month, with an $89 optional Year Book. The checkout flow is not live yet, so no card is required today: join the waitlist to hear when a pilot slot opens. Once available, the monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no notice.

Who can see the artwork, and how long is it kept?

Only the parent and the people the parent chooses to mail or invite can see approved artwork; there is no public gallery. The original photo stays on the parent's phone. We keep a working copy long enough to print and mail (around fourteen days), while a small thumbnail remains on the dated timeline until it is removed or the child is wiped. Print vendors delete their file within fourteen days. We do not sell, rent, license, advertise against, or train anything on the art, and we delete everything tied to a requested account within thirty days.
